Oulton Broads Suffolk
Oulton Broads

If you are a gardener who wants to view your hard work more easily, or a homeowner wanting to extend your property, a conservatory or orangery specially designed to complement your home and garden could be the perfect solution.

We design and install traditional and modern conservatories throughout Suffolk and are happy to visit Oulton Broad to discuss your requirements.

Our conservatories and orangeries are bespoke made by carpenters and craftsmen using traditional skills, but we use modern fitments and double-glazing to ensure excellent insulation and a draught-free environment. This means that with the right heating you should be able to enjoy your conservatory not just in the summer but throughout the year as well.

Mutford Lock Suffolk
Mutford Lock

Once a small town, due to house building over the last few years Oulton has become a suburb of Lowestoft. The original town covered an area between the railway station and Sands Lane, with the railway line separating Oulton from Lowestoft.

Oulton Broad is part of the network of man-made bodies of water known as the Norfolk Broads, although it is in Suffolk. To the east is Mutford Lock where the broads meet the sea. Oulton Broad is known as the southern gateway to the Broads National Park.

Nicholas Everitt Park in the town centre is home to the Lowestoft Museum, gardens, a boating lake, tennis courts and a bowling green.

During the summer months Oulton Broad hosts weekly power boat race meetings – the only venue in the world to do so.

The population of Oulton Broad is 3,220 living in 1,328 properties. The average 4-bed detached home is valued at £350,000.
